3 cups leftover chilled mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup AP flour
Oil
In a large bowl, stir your ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
Put a large, oiled skillet on medium low heat and scoop out the mixture in rounds.
Cook over medium low to medium heat until browned on each side, flattening with a spatula when you flip them.
